- In 2011, the founder of the company, Yuan Dongxiang has registered 150 million yuan to set up Dongguan Maite Magnetoelectric Technology Co.Ltd. In Tangier Town, Dongguan City Lin Village West Lake Industrial Zone, the Second District No. 156. The main business consists of soft magnetic ferrite nickel zinc products production, sales, research and development and after-sales service.
- In 2011, the company has bought 50 acres of industrial land for building a production of soft magnetic ferrite particulate material and finished product core products factory in Youngling County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. Now, part of the plant and equipment has been put into use successfully, soft magnetic ferrite particulate material yield output volume has been more than 50 tons per month, the annual production capacity reaches more than 600 tons.
- In 2012, the Dongguan factory established the inductive division officially, mainly engaged in the production, sales, R&D and after-sales services of the chip inductors, research and development and after-sales service, the company became the first private enterprise which can produce the magnetic core and chip inductors at the same time at home.
- In August 2013, the Dongguan factory moved to the Tangier Town, Dongguan City, Lin village community, Xiao Road 9, the plant area expanded from the original 4000 square meters to 10000 square meters.
- In September 2014, the Maite electronic (Hong Kong) Technology Co.Ltd was registered In Hong Kong Macao Road No. 41-47 Warburg commercial building, room 905.
